All orders are processed within a maximum of 3 days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
